Table Service & Intro to Wines
Table Service was my third class in the rotation. It was really very easy for me. I have prior experience serving guests at both a larger corporate restaurant, Biaggi's, as well as a tiny sushi bar called Shema Sushi in my hometown of Rochester, NY. My learning happened mostly in the classroom. We tasted wines, recording the "3 Vs" (varietal, vineyard, vintage) as well as their flavor and aroma profiles.
